Collier County official records: deeds, lis pendens and parcel data
Clerk filings and the state tax roll for Collier, in a spreadsheet you can refresh.
Collier County official records are published by the Clerk in Naples, and Florida’s state tax roll tools cover the county. You can use these exports as a starting point for property or business research.
What you can export
Clerk official records
Florida Lis Pendens, Pre-Foreclosure & Deed Leads returns one row per recorded document, selected by document type and recording-date range or a rolling lastDays window. You can select lis pendens, deeds, liens, tax deeds or probate; rows include instrument numbers, document types, parties, recording dates, legal descriptions and book and page references. Set the county to collier and enable includeDetails to read each record page for the recording time, a lis pendens court case number and the amount the Clerk recorded. Leave the minimum sale price filter at zero because Collier’s search results do not publish sale prices.
Vacant land and absentee owners
Florida Vacant Land & Absentee Owner Leads returns one row per vacant parcel from the state tax roll. Each row includes the parcel ID, owner name, owner mailing address, property address, acreage, land-use code, just value and the last sale the roll carries, plus roll and source references. You can filter by county and land-use code, narrow acreage or just value, select the owner’s mailing location, or exclude public owners. The property address can differ from the owner’s mailing address.
Property sales
Florida Property Sales & New Owner Leads returns one row per recorded sale from state sale files joined to the parcel’s roll record. Rows include parcel and sale IDs, sale price, qualification code, owner and address fields, and deed references where published. The sale date gives only the year and month. Use qualifiedOnly to keep market-sale codes 01 to 06.
Business leads by industry
Florida Business Leads by Industry returns one row per business on the tangible personal property roll. Each row contains the business name, mailing address, physical location, six-digit NAICS code and its official title, and equipment value. You can filter by county, NAICS prefix, city, ZIP or equipment value, and exclude government.
What the data does not tell you
- A lis pendens is a filed lawsuit notice. It does not establish a completed foreclosure, and a named party is not necessarily the property owner.
- Clerk exports provide legal descriptions rather than street or mailing addresses. Anything the Clerk does not publish is null; missing tax roll values are unknown.
- The tax roll is a periodic snapshot, so owner names can lag a sale. The owner on a sale row may not be that sale’s buyer. A parcel sold twice appears twice.
- A vacant land-use code does not establish buildability or road access. Just value is a tax-roll figure, not an asking price.
How to export it
- Open the linked tool on Apify. You need a free Apify account; check current pricing on the actor page.
- Select Collier County. For Clerk records, set the county to
collierand choose your document types and date range. - Run the tool and check the run log for limits.
- Export the results as CSV or Excel.
- Import the export into your spreadsheet.
Keep it current
Schedule repeat runs to collect later published records; the Clerk publishes on its own schedule, and the tax roll remains a periodic snapshot. For Clerk records, newOnly with a key-value store delivers only instrument numbers not previously seen for the county. Enable waitForLegalDescription to hold documents until the Clerk adds their legal descriptions, a few days after recording.
